Terms of Service

A technician is dispatched only after a figure has been given and accepted. The $89 service call is already inside it, and the doorstep is not a place where it grows. Anything you add to the job later is priced on its own and waits for your agreement.

Published ranges show what jobs of that kind usually run to; the binding number comes from the call. Late arrivals add +$55 in the evening and +$95 overnight, both folded into the total.

Before a lock is opened the technician checks that the customer may lawfully be inside: identification with the address, a lease, a vehicle registration, or an owner who confirms it. Where this cannot be shown, the work does not proceed.

Picking and manipulation come before anything destructive. Drilling is proposed, priced with its replacement hardware, and carried out only once you have agreed to it.

Labour is guaranteed for 90 days from the visit and hardware carries the manufacturer's cover. Neither answers for misuse, for a forced-entry attempt afterwards, or for changes made by other hands.

Payment is due on completion, taken by card or contactless at the door, with an itemised invoice sent by email. A cancellation once the technician has arrived carries the fee quoted when the job was booked.

So far as the law allows, liability for any claim connected with a job is limited to the amount that job cost. What the law will not allow to be limited is unaffected.

The law of CA governs these terms and disputes are heard by courts serving Danville.
